Rhian's research explored how we relate to a topic like Climate Change when looking at paintings. She developed her own unique 'test-kit' and invited people to take part in viewing visuals and thinking about climate change, answering specially designed questions at the time.
People aged between 8 and 80 were also asked to take part in surveys, interviews and invited to draw their own visual representing climate change impacts. As a result, Rhian now has an amazing catalogue of 200 drawings by children and adults.
This field research took place at The Senedd in Cardiff, Pembrokeshire and Powys, Wales, UK.
Rhian continues to explore the potential for the use of pictures in our daily lives as a means of tapping into our intuition, and gaining greater clarity, helping towards better decisions. She believes pictures hold potential to help us become unstuck in our lives. Check out her Blogs by clicking here.
